I have been told countless times how much good hearted and how much of a good guy I am. I always told myself that I am a person who gives selflessly and that I am far from being an asshole, and that is a good thing.
I am the type of guy who will keep quiet even if someone is doing something that is tearing my heart apart simply for one reason: I hate saying something that will hurt someone's feelings, even if it is the mere truth.🙊
It actually feels good when you have everyone's approval👍 and getting great birthday messages like: "...you're a good guy Njescor and every girl would be lucky to have someone like you..." the only problem starts when your "giving" leaves you at a point where you sacrifice your happiness for no reason, and you are left with nothing!
The best ways to stop feeling the need to give, give, give is to find self-confidence.

10 Life Lessons I Learnt From Growing Up Poor -Njescor
On my recent leadership training- which I graduated from by the way☺ - we were asked to do a TED Talk. It got me really nervous because I've never done such a thing before. But part of being a leader is about that- trying out new things. I named my TED Talk '10 Things I've Learnt From Growing Up Poor.' and I am going to share a few with you.
My aim was to empower my fellow leaders with my story. This is how it goes:
I grew up in a family of 6 which was lead by my grandmother. This is the reason why I became a feminist. I truly believe that women can do anything.

How To Be Your Own Motivation
Motivation comes in many ways. It could be that meme you saw on twitter, that video on instagram, the story you saw on TV or even the guy you saw when you were driving by. Most of the time, after visiting motivational talks around town, I feel like I can do just about anything. Finding motivation tends to make anyone positive, accepting and really happy.

Exercise + Music. What Are The Benefits?
I can't put it any better than Eminem did when he said, "They say music can alter moods and talk to you..." Music generally turns on you good mood. Apart from looking (and feeling) weird when you exercise in silence, the good mood is exactly what we need.

Ways To Build Self-Confidence
I think it would only be fair for me to first explain the importance of having self-confidence, before even showing you how to develop that. What I have noticed, is that due to the messages that we as young receive from society; our peers; the media; our teachers; and our parents, we get kind of affected a great deal when it comes to our levels of self-confidence and/or self-belief.

How Adolescence Ruins Lives (And How To Recover From that) Part I
According to the World Health Organisation, Adolescence begins with the onset of physiologically
normal puberty, and ends when an adult identity and behaviour are accepted. This period of development corresponds roughly to the period between the ages of 10 and 19 years.

How to Be a Better Leader.
Leadership is the ability to influence people, according to my understanding. A great leader would be the one who gets people to follow him; is able to make things happen; and is always open to learning something new everyday.

How To Get Things Done. (Starting NOW)
Recently I have discovered that, the reason I can't get things that I should do, things that I must do, things that I want to do and things that will shape my future, is beacuse... I'm not doing anything at all or sometimes I do things on deadline day.
