Easy Omelette Recipe

One meal I make more often than any other is an omelette. For the obvious reasons really: it's easy and quick to make and filling.

You Will Need:



  • A saucepan
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • A handful of grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • A bowl
  • Salt and pepper
  • Diced polony slices
  • Or chopped bacon
  • A handful of chopped mushrooms
To Make:
  1. Preheat the stove and saucepan greased with oil and butter.
  2. Add the mushrooms, bacon/polony and green pepper and keep stirring for 1 minute.
  3. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour the eggs into the saucepan and leave for 1 minute.
  5. Add the cheese and use a spatula to fold the omellete in half.
  6. Turn using the spatula to cook both sides until golden brown or until you are satisfied.
Serves one person.
