One meal I make more often than any other is an omelette. For the obvious reasons really: it's easy and quick to make and filling.
You Will Need:
- A saucepan
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp butter
- A handful of grated cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- A bowl
- Salt and pepper
- Diced polony slices
- Or chopped bacon
- A handful of chopped mushrooms
To Make:
- Preheat the stove and saucepan greased with oil and butter.
- Add the mushrooms, bacon/polony and green pepper and keep stirring for 1 minute.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the eggs into the saucepan and leave for 1 minute.
- Add the cheese and use a spatula to fold the omellete in half.
- Turn using the spatula to cook both sides until golden brown or until you are satisfied.
Serves one person.
